When you think about hip-hop in the early years, you have to mention the name Marly Marl. The producer/Dj was instrumental in launching the careers of Big Daddy Kane, Biz Markie and Roxanne Shante. Over time, he maintained his name in the game, producing hits for LL Cool J and more.
